Usually, it is 2 years but there are some universities which give admission in 3 year programme. So, this depends entirely upon the university in which you are seeking admission. Well, I haven't heard about any kind of age criteria for MCA admission and I think you just need to complete your graduation with minimum of 50% in your graduation with no backlogs.

The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) examination or equivalent (Diploma degree), with a minimum of 50% marks in total and also having mathematics as a subject in the qualifying examination. Also, as I mentioned earlier the above criteria is generally observed in most institutions offering the BCA degree but some institutions might also drop the minimum % marks required to get admission in the BCA course.
