Leave MCA if you have a very good option and you are sure to succeed in it. If you think you can beat the exams for government jobs then you can drop and start preparing for it then. If you are unsure then somehow complete MCA and then start preparations for jobs because you will have more options now.

Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology is an autonomous institution affiliated to VTU. In 2016 - 2017, 34 companies visited for placement and it has a good placement record too.

If your aim is teaching, B.Sc and M.Sc would be surely enough for it. But if you want a decent placement and a job, you should definitely consider B.Tech. You can apply for various universities providing B.Tech degrees and then proceed.
