Dear,
In general - eligibility criteria for MCA is:
(I) Graduation in any stream from UGC recognised University.
(ii) studied Math in +2 or in any one year of your study at under graduation level. I am not sure studying Accountancy Hons will work here or not. But if you are really keen to pursue MCA I think you may consider IGNOU. In their course programme for MCA there is one Maths special paper which is compulsory and required to be completed prior to pursuing MCA.

Yes, you can apply but there is a total loss of time, energy and money by pursuing MCA after B.Tech. If you like to do master degree, then without looking for anything go for M.Tech.

Yes, you can go in for MBA after MCA. This decision should depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then an MBA may not be of much help to you. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.
