It depends on the country, degree you want to lecture and the University. But, these days you should have a Ph.D Degree, teaching experience and some published research.

Based on your interest and skill you are to proceed. If you are interested in Managerial jobs, go for MBA. If you do think of prosperity in Academic field go for M.Sc. Else pursue MCA if your intention is working in IT industry. Best wishes.

Hello Mahendra,
You can go for UEM Jaipur, JECRC AND Manipal University for MCA in Rajasthan. You can apply for IIT JAM for getting admission in to IIT.

Hello Anubhav,
You can go for JECRC, UEM JAIPUR and Manipal University for MCA. Or, you can give IIT JAM for getting into IIT. Other than MCA, you can go for MBA.

Number of universities provide 3 years MCA degree which includes PGDCA in first year, M.Sc in second year and after successful completion of 3 years MCA degree is provided.
