I would recommend you to go for JNU, because the current environment in JNU is not ideal for any student. If you are really interested in making your career, then please consider taking admission into other colleges. That's my point of view. It is your choice.

BCA is an Under Graduation degree course and MBA & MCA are Master's Course. If you are interested in learning more about IT sector and want to work in IT Industry in future then go for MCA if you want to work as a manager in future, then go for MBA. Both of these courses have scope if you have the desired skills.
