No, you cannot get admission for MCA through IIT JAM Exam. JAM Exam is conducted for admission to M.Sc (Four Semesters), Joint M.Sc Ph.D M.Sc -M.Tech M.Sc Ph.D Dual Degree courses. Click here http://bit.ly/2HxUej2 to find out what actually is the JAM Exam. Best of Luck.

In general - eligibility criteria for MCA is:
(I) Graduation in any stream from UGC recognised University.
(ii) studied Math in +2 or in any one year of your study at under graduation level. I am not sure studying Accountancy Hons will work here or not. But if you are really keen to pursue MCA I think you may consider IGNOU. In their course programme for MCA there is one Maths special paper which is compulsory and required to be completed prior to pursuing MCA.
