No, You need a recognised Bachelor degree or equivalent to apply for MCA.
If you have done BCA or B.Sc. (IT), then you are eligible for MCA lateral entry!

Hi Nadeem,
Firstly, there is no MCA in Canada, its a degree offered by Indian universities. You will find degrees with different terminologies there. Secondly with a three year degree course you will not be accepted since universities in Canada requires four year undergraduate course. Also they need very high percentage. So with your profile you can check PG Diploma in IT and other relevant programs like s/w engineering, gaming, animation, web design etc. Cost varies, you can check college websites or see this
