If you are economically good then go for MS Ramaiah, Bangalore because in Bangalore you have to spend at least 3.5 LPA. It is one of the top colleges and 10 times better than KIET.

It's not possible to mention a particular university because every single University has different admission requirements. I can only suggest you check average but popular universities like Griffith, James Cook, Mudorch, La Trobe, etc.
