Hi Harsh,
As mentioned earlier you cannot apply after a Diploma. You can apply to a bachelor degree program in India and complete the first year with good grades. You can be eligible after clearing IIT JEE Advanced too. For universities, etc. check DAAD website:

Hi Harsh, since German universities require 13 years education, you must gain an additional year of formal education after 12th. Please share your academic profile for a better guidance.

Hi,
To obtain an educational loan, your brother must have the admission letter from the university. Also, note that banks don't offer loans for each and every course. You must also have a good profile and you must be admitted by a good university. Secondly, banks give around 80% of the fee, rest you have to do it. Contact a few banks locally for more information. Hello Syed. 2 months is enough to keep yourself engaged in different activities related to your academics, hobbies or extra-curriculars. You can opt for doing some/all of the below as per your wish:-
1. Pursue a certification course(online or classroom mode) related to Mech engineering.
2. Join an NGO; always a great initiative.
3. Hone your hobbies by attending classes; playing guitar, singing, dancing, etc.
4. Any internship, if possible.

This way, your career won't halt. While, your job in mechanical domain will keep earning you experience, you can choose your path in the Aerospace domain whenever you get a good opportunity.
I hope this answers your question to your
