Yes, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) refunds the security deposit paid by candidates while registering for the NEET counselling process. In case a candidate is not allotted any seat even after the completion of all the rounds of the counselling, or withdraws the seat, MCC refunds the security deposit. In order to claim the refund, candidates will have to fill up a form and send it to MCC. They must provide accurate bank account details in order to receive the NEET counselling refund amount.

VMMC cutoff 2024 has been released for admission to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, and B.Sc.(Hons.) in Nursing courses. As per the NEET UG Round 1 cutoff 2024, the closing rank for the MBBS course is 141 for the General AI category candidates. During the VMMC cutoff 2023, the Round 1 cutoff for the same course was 107. So, considering the 2023 and 2024 cutoffs, candidates seeking admission at VMMC must aim to secure a rank up to 141 to be eligible for MBBS admission. However, the cutoff ranksvarys for different courses, categories, and quotas.

Medical College Kolkata cutoff 2023 is based on NEET ranks for the MBBS course. The NEET cutoff 2023 concluded after Round 6. As per the Medical College Kolkata cutoff 2023, the last round closing cutoff stood at 3224 for the MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. For 2022 and 2021, the last round closing cutoff for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery were 1855 and 1674, respectively for the General All India category students. Considering the past three year cutoff trends, the institute witnessed a declining trend for MBBS

No, candidates are not allowed to edit each and every detail of the NEET MDS application form. As per last year's trend, applicants could edit every detail except name, date of birth, nationality, mobile number, and email ID. Candidates will also be given a chance to rectify their images or signatures, or any other files uploaded by them. There is no additional charge levied to make corrections in the NEET MDS application.

There is no concession in NEET MDS application fee for OBC students. They have to pay INR 3,500 as an application fee. NBE had reduced the NEET MDS 2024 application fee from last year, which was INR 4,250. The exam fee for the Reserved category candidates is INR 2,500. The application fee of NEET MDS has to be paid in an online mode through Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking.

The selection process for taking admission in MD is :

  1. The candidate should be graduated with 55% aggregate.

  2. The candidate should qualify in INI CET exam with required score. 

Once selected, the candidate must pay the fee and submit all the required documents to enroll in the course.

As per the recent updates, the last ranking for the closing round was 2707, for MD in Transfusion Medicine at SCTIMST, Trivandrum. So, this can be said as the minimum INI CET score required to enroll in MD.
