According to the NEET 2024 eligibility criteria, foreign nationals, or NRIs/PIOs could appear for the NEET exam. If you have appeared or passed in Class 12 or equivalent exam and fulfill the eligibility criteria for the foreign national candidates, then you are eligible apply and appear for the exam. NEET is conducted in Kathmandu, Nepal, hence you can select Kathmandu as your city of exam. Check the NEET 2024 eligibility criteria and list of exam cities below.

Yes, you may wear half-sleeve knee-length gown or dress for the exam. However, the outfit should not have any pocket, buttons or embroidery/applique work on it. It should also not be heavily printed or of dark colour. Ideally, the fabric should be plain and of light coloured. Along with the outfit, you must also pay attention to the footwear, which should be open-toed sandals or sleepers. For girls, low heels are allowed. Yes, BSc Nursing course admission is conducted through NEET scores for certain colleges. Hence, if you are planning to pursue Nursing courses, then you can appear for NEET. While filling the NEET application form, you need to select the courses or colleges. If you qualify for the exam by securing the cutoff marks, and be eligible for the counselling process, there you have to select the Nursing courses or colleges which you are vying for. However, a few top colleges or institutes are still conducting their own Nursing entrance exams, such as AIIMS, PGIMER, KGMU, to name a few.

Following details need to be filled in the application form for Uttarakhand NEET counselling:

  • State from which passed High School (10th)
  • State from which passed Intermediate (10+2)
  • Details about Domicile Certificate ( For Uttarakhand domicile candidate only)
  • Details about Certificate of Reserve category, if applicable
  • Details about Certificate of Sub Category, if applicable. (for Domicile/Permanent resident of Uttarakhand only)

Candidates have to do online registration for Uttarakhand NEET counselling. Check the steps given below:

  • Go to the official website – hnbumuexams.com
  • Click on 'New Registration'
  • Read the declaration, accept it and proceed
  • Enter mobile number, NEET roll number and application number
  • Enter captcha and submit
  • Pay the Uttarakhand NEET 2025 registration fee

Candidates have to pay both registration fee and security money for seat allotment. It must be noted the registration fee is non refundable while the security money is refunded 30 days after all rounds of counselling is completed. Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) conducts counselling for Uttarakhand NEET. The counselling is held online for seat allotment for MBBS/BDS courses. Candidates have to qualify NEET to participate in the counselling rounds. They will have to register and submit application form online. Registration will be completed only when fees are paid. It must be noted candidates ahve to pay registration (non refundable) and security (refundable ) fees to submit applications for Uttarakhand NEET counselling.
