As you must have been aware of the fact that a high cut off is expected this year. At this score of 223, it is little bit difficult to assess whether you can get a seat or not. You can either try your luck in Private Medical Colleges like the ones listed below or appear again for NEET 2021

1. Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore

2. St. John's Medical College, Bangalore

3. Hamdard Institute of Medical Science and Research, New Delhi

According to your score and previous trends, you have only less chances to get admission in govt. colleges under state quota and AIQ. You may have chances in Deemed Universities.

Here are a few Maharashtra colleges that are well-known for providing BAMS programmes:

Based on the information you have provided, your chances of getting admission to Datta Meghe College of Physiotherapy Nagpur with a NEET score of 184 are slim. The cutoff rank for the college in 2021 was 2836, which means that you would need to score at least a 50 percentile on the NEET exam to be considered for admission. However, there are a few factors that could work in your favor. For example, if you are a member of a reserved category, you may be eligible for a lower cutoff score. Additionally, if the number of applicants to the college decreases in 2023, you may have a better chance of being admitted even with your current score
