No, you have to atleast clear the cut off of 160 to be eligible for admission.

NEET 2023 Cut off for Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute (BMCRI), Bangalore will be released in the form of opening and closing ranks after each round of NEET UG counselling. Bangalore Medical College NEET 2022 AIQ Cut off closing ranks (round 1) were 1147 for the general category, 3357 for EWS, 2741 for OBC, and 27201 for SC. 

So unfortunately you cannot get seat for MBBS in Bangalore.

You can go upto last round but their is very small chance that you can get seat in JIPMER karaikal. As from last years pattern shows that with 690 around marks goes for open AIR and for EWS it goes for 656 marks  so you go upto last round.

Hello,

With a score of 497 you might get a seat in a private medical college, it will be difficult but you may have a chance of securing admission.

No, if you want to get a government seat in MBBS your rank must be under 41,000.

So, you are not even qualifying the NEET exam let alon admission in bams. It must be noted that, for admission to mbbs, bams, b.u.m.s or other courses, you need to clear the given cutoff for your preferred college no matter if it is a government college or private college
