It is possible for you to get a B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree with a score of 118 in NEET, but you may have to consider attending a private college with a minimum donation.

The NEET cutoff for admission to government BAMS colleges is typically much higher than 118. In 2021, the cutoff for general category students was 500, while the cutoff for OBC category students was 420.

However, there are a number of private BAMS colleges that offer admission to students with lower NEET scores. These colleges may require you to pay a minimum donation, but the amount of the donation will vary from college to college.

Your score is quite low for admission to government medical colleges but you have the chance of getting admissions in private colleges, such as:

ABSMIDS Mangalore - AB Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore.

ACDS Secunderabad - Army College of Dental Sciences, Secunderabad.

ACFA Jalandhar - Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar.

These are few top rated private colleges.

Well aspirant, sorry to say but 315 is a pretty less score to secure a seat in any government college for MBBS, but considering your category YOU MAY GET ADMISSION IN MBBS. Best of luck.

It's so hard to get a govt. medical college with 357 marks in NEET entrance exam, even if you belongs to BC category in Tamilnadu.
