No, you can not take admission in B.A. MS without giving NEET. The criteria to get into B.A. MS course is through NEET UG only, it doesn't matter if you have completed BPT you need to qualify NEET to get into B.A. MS course.

No, the marks you scored are not enough to get into your desired college preferable Marks would be somewhere around 450-540 marks then you could think of.
