I think both the part of NCERT is sufficient for the NEET exam. But you should go thoroughly 20 to 30 times to both parts
In NEET 80 to 85 question are directly ask from the lines of NCERT as it is
If you have a good command on line to line on NCERT then it is sufficient.

It is not mandatory for admission in NEET SS you have government school passed Certificate. Even if you have passed from a private school, then you will also be eligible for the same.

Although the counselling procedure for NEET 2020 is over, still this answer mught be helpful for future aspirants. To get into B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad, you need to apply for both All India Quota as well as State Quota Counselling.

The eligibility criteria for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) exam is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics Chemistry Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognised board or university. While it is possible to appear for NEET after completing 12th Science without studying in 11th, it is important to note that you must have studied the required subjects Physics Chemistry Biology/Biotechnology, and English in your 12th standard curriculum. Therefore, if you have completed your 12th Science with the required subjects, you are eligible to appear for NEET exam.
