No, she cannot get admission with 270 marks in NEET exam, even after applying the defense and SC quotas. This year, NEET paper was easy, so the cutoff will rise. I will suggest you to wait for the result declaration.

The chances are very low with 541 score in NEET exam, as people are saying that the paper was easy this time. However, you should wait for the result declaration. Although 541 is considered as a good score, but the cutoff will rise due to easiness of the paper.

The cut-off varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cut-off which can help you in getting a seat in IISC-Bangalore.

NEET marks won't get you an agriculture college. There are separate exams held in order to get a seat to pursue B.Sc in agriculture. These exams are:
1. ICAR: This exam is held for all the agricultural universities/colleges throughout the country. All the agriculture colleges have 15 % reserved seats

Well, an approximate of your rank cannot be given as ranks are decides According to percentile scores but I can assure you that your rank will definitely not be enough to get a seat for MBBS this year.
