With 306 marks and a 6 Lacs rank in NEET, you will be able to secure a private seat only. If you are looking for a private institute for MBBS under 70 Lacs fees with a hostel, you can go for St. John's National Academy of Health Science and Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore. These institutes have their own hospitals too. Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, Chennai, is also a good institute but has higher fees as compared to the above ones. These institutes generally fall under your rank, and you can easily get admission into these with the rank of 6 lakh.

With 260 marks in NEET, entry into a government BDS college is extremely difficult, particularly for the General category, where cutoffs are typically 450+.
Admission Probabilities by Category:
General Category: Extremely little chance in government colleges.
OBC/EWS: Distant, due to higher cutoffs.
SC/ST: Certain government dental colleges have reserved seats, although competition is stiff.
Other options:
Private BDS colleges charge fees of 2-6 Lacs per year.
Deemed Universities can have lower cut-offs.
Counseling Rounds: Participate in the Mop-Up and Stray Vacancy Rounds.
