Yes, you can fill out the NEET registration form with 46% in 12th (PCB) but to be eligible for admission, you need the following:
- Minimum 50% for General/OBC or 40% for SC/ST
- Your PCB aggregate must meet the criteria
Options if you fall short:
1) Take an improvement exam to raise your marks.
2) Consider NIOS or a single-subject re-test
3) Some state boards allow grace marks
Note: You'll receive an admit card, but final college admission requires your marks to meet the requirements. Don't lose hope; many students improve their marks later! Check

Yes, for NEET UG 2025 candidates are required to upload a soft copy of their 10th marksheet.This document acts as proof of your date of birth and completion of class 10th education.
Further, you don't need to show original document, it is required when you go for counselling process.
