No, you cannot get admission into the BDS course at K.M. Shah Dental College without NEET. NEET-UG is mandatory for all dental colleges in India, including private and deemed universities. Without a valid NEET score, you're not eligible for admission to any recognised BDS program, as per national regulations.

Eligibility criterion to get admitted to the MBBS programme in DSMCH, a valid score in NEET- UG along with qualifying cut-off of the National Testing Agency during state or All-India counselling is required. Students have to pass 10+2 with PCB, and have to gain at least 60 percent in PCB (reduced to 55 percent in MBC, 40 percent in SC/ST). The government and management quotas will receive the seats through NEET-based merit lists.

Yes, you can give USMLE after MBBS. In fact, many students start preparing for it during MBBS or internship. Once you finish MBBS from a recognised medical college, you can apply for the exam. So yes, after MBBS is a good time to give USMLE if you want to go to the USA for PG.
