The NEET 2025 result has been announced. NEET 2025 counselling: The counselling for NEET 2025 is being conducted from July to October 3, 2025. The entire duration of NEET counselling is scheduled for around three months and will be extended in case of vacant seats. There will be four to five rounds of NEET counselling. NTA's role is over with the release of the NEET scorecards.

Yes, Indian students can practice in India after completing MBBS from Altai State Medical University but they are required to follow the guidelines set by NMC (National Medical Commission). The guidelines are as follows:

  • Students must clear FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) which is conducted by NMC. The exam ensures that students are capable of practicing in India.  

  • Duration of an undergraduate programme must be atleast 54 months and one year internship.

  • The primary language of the programme must be English.

Yes, a degree from the Northern State Medical University is deemed valid in India. The NSMU Russia MBBS is recognised by the National Medical Commission of India, also known as the Medical Council of India, earlier. 

This means that Indian students to have pursued their higher studies from the institute are free to practice in India, upon successful graduation, provided they clear the FMGE exam upon their return.
