Yes, CET is compulsory for seeking admission in D.Pharma as every year Government of Maharashtra conduct a single combined "common entrance test" MHTCET for health science, engineering & pharmacy degree courses. D.Pharma Admission Process:

Hello! The last date to fill the MBA CET exam form has already been surpassed (Feb 17th). The exam will be held on March 10 and 11; results to be announced on March 19. The further admission processes and CAP rounds would be conducted April onwards.

Yes, you can still prepare for law entrances and get a good law college. Basically, all the law entrance examinations take place in the month of May and June, so you should not waste any time further, and start preparing for the exams. You can give more entrances like CLAT, AILET, LSAT, ULSAT.

A correspondence course does not have all the benefits of a regular course, for instance, one cannot practice law as an Advocate, since Bar Council of India stipulates minimum attendance for sitting for All India Bar Exam. I am not sure, if institutes under MHTCET have this facility, but if you are clear about correspondence and its worth, law can be done through Open Universities.
