NIFT Patna accepts NIFT entrance exam scores for admission to the B.Des course. NIFT Patna cutoff 2026 has been released upto Round 4 where in the B.Des cutoff ranged between 2236 and 3638 for the General AI category students.
Candidates can refer to the table below to check out the NIFT Round 4 closing ranks for all the B.Des courses for the students belonging to the General AI category:

The admission exam for NIFT is the National Institute of Fashion Technology entrance exam, which is given once a year. Applicants must sit for and pass the NIFT entrance exam in 2024 in order to be admitted to NIFT. After completing the NIFT 2024 entrance exam, candidates would be able to enter NIFT campuses. Applicants can now view the 2024 NIFT admission exam dates by visiting the official website. The announcement of the 2024 NIFT entrance exam took place on December 5, 2023. Furthermore, the NIFT 2024 admission exam was held on February 5, 2024.

Hi.B.F.Tech. in Apparel Production at NIFT Patna is a 4 years course at the UG level. The course offers admission to 44 students. The total tuition fee for NIFT Patna B.F.Tech. in Apparel Production is INR 12.34 Lakh. Apart from the tuition fee, there is a one-time admission fee of amount INR 27,200, and a hostel fee of amount INR 63,400 that students are required to pay in addition to the tuition fee.

No, you can't take direct admission to B.Des at the National Institute of Fashion Technology Patna.
BDes at NIFT Patna is offered in four different specialisations and they are, Accessories Design, Fashion Communication, Fashion Design and Textile Design. The duration of the course is four years and admission to NIFT Patna BDes is done through the NIFT Entrance exam.NIFT Entrance Exam is divided into three parts i.e. Creative Ability Test (CAT), General Ability Test (GAT) and Situation Test/ Group Discussion, and Personal Interview (GD and PI) round. Nift has a centralised placement process. Companies can opt for on-campus placements by registering for Nift Patna placements or companies can offer jobs to students before the on-campus placements, this is known as pre-placements offer (PPO). Nift Patna offers a good package in B.Tech. Its placement rate is 75-80% of students got placed. the highest package offered was INR 4.5 LPA. Notable companies participating in the placement drive included Mantra, Levi's Aditya Birla Group, RIL, and Shahi Exports.

NIFT Patna is one of the best and most famous colleges for fashion technology, here fourth year students are eligible to appear in campus placements. The placement ranking is 7/10, percentage of students getting placed is 90%. Faculty, infrastructure, campus life, and social life are also very good and impressive for the past students and would be for the future. This is the green grass on the other side. It has 7 out of 51 in the NIRF ranking in the fashion design stream in India in 2023.

Hello, In order to be eligible to pursue BDes programme at NIFT Patna, students must have Passed Class 12th in any stream or subject or equivalent from a recognised board/ university. Also, Students who have done a 3 or 4-year Diploma in any specialisation of Engineering recognised by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education can also apply for this course here. Plus, students must also write NIFT Entrance Exam for admission selection at this college. All the information is taken from Shiksha.

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Patna offers a Master of Fashion Management (MFM) program. The intake for the Master of Fashion Management program at National Institute of Fashion Technology Patna is 45 students.

B Des placements at National Institute of fashion technology Patna are good. Majority of the student ie, 90 percent of the students got placed with good pacakges. The highest pacakge offered to BDes students was 22 LPA and 4.5 LPA was the average. Many good companies like Nykaa, H& M, Aditya birla, Amazon were the top recruiters at the placement drive. If we talk about the return on investment, the total fees for any B Des course is 12.34 lacs and average package is 4.5 lpa. Students get a decent return on their money invested in the fees.

- For B Des (fashion designing, fashion communication, textile designing, accessory designing) :- The total tution fees for this 4 year UG course is 12.34 lacs.
- For BF Tech (appearal production) :- The total tution fees for this 4 year UG course is also 12.34 lacs.
