The basic BCA eligibility is to possess an aggregate of 50% or above in Class 12 in any stream (Arts, Science, Commerce) with English as a compulsory subject. Post graduate diploma in management is definitely not same as ME. ME is a post graduate degree in engineering, whereas PG diploma in management is diploma in the different field of Management and its duration is also one year as compared with 2 years for ME. If you are doing post-graduation in engineering then you are continuing to be in the same engineering field for your career. However when you opt to go for diploma in management it shows that you want to change your career to the management side. This is a big decision that you have to take.
