Yes, candidates belonging to other states apart from Rajasthan are also eligible to participate in the Rajasthan NEET UG counselling process. However, while filling the registration form for Rajasthan NEET UG counselling, they must not select the Rajasthan domicile category. Only those belonging to this state should select the state domicile category. Suppose a student has already taken admission to a medical college either through the All India NEET Counselling or through any other state counselling for NEET. In that case, they will not be allowed to participate in the Tripura NEET counselling. In fact, the candidate will not be eligible to participate in the further rounds of that particular state or national level counselling as well. This is done to ensure that a single candidate does not occupy multiple seats and all aspirants get a fair chance of admission.
