Hello Devanand, Yes, you are eligible to apply for UGC NET women studies because you have the PG Diploma in women studies. But you should have minimum 55% (For General) or 50% (For OBC/SC/ST) aggregate marks in Diploma according to NET exam guidelines. Hello, There is no age limit criteria to apply for the UGC NET Exam. Any one at any age can appear in the UGC NET Exam. To apply for the JRF Scholarship you need to be not more than 30 years of age. (35 years for the female and Reserved candidates). The UGC NET Exam is mainly conducted for the candidates from all age limit. The candidates more than the above age limit can apply for the Lectureship Posts at different colleges and Universities of India. Hello, To become eligible for the UGC NET Exam, its essential to do post-graduation in any field with the percentage of 55 % marks (50% for Reserved category candidates). If you want to make career in the lectureship programme the UGC NET Exam is the best option. The percentage marks you scored in the post-graduation is valid if you apply for the improvement exam they generally consider the Final Score in Post-graduation. Hi Pavankumar,
Yes, you are eligible to write NET exam, but as you have a degree in pharmacy, you will rather go CSIR UGC NET exam rather than UGC NET exam. And, in that you will apply from life sciences or chemical sciences subjects. Detailed information you will get from csir. Hrdg. Res. In. And, the forms for CSIR UGC NET are not out yet. Good luck.
