Uptil last year, NSIT had about 800 students getting admitted each year but now since mechanical branch has also been introduced, we will get more students. Computer engineering and IT have better placements than all other branches. Last year we had 2-3 people placed in google and many others placed in other reputed companies like Amazon, adobe etc.

You need to appear for JEE-mains and boards. The rank is calculated based on the normalised scores in these exams. Admission to NSIT depends upon this rank. After this rank is declared, you need to register on the JAC portal which gives admission in NSIT, DTU, IGDTUW and IIIT-D. You need to fill in the choice of branch and institute in your order of preference. You will be notified about the seat allotted to you on the basis of your rank and choice.

That depends totally on what you are looking for in a college. A college is good or bad according to one's needs. If you are looking for placements, they are great in NSIT. The faculty and infrastructure are not so good. Rest depends on you.

Hi Ayush as you are from delhi you will get some or the other branch but I don't think you will get EC because the closing rank for EC is quite high and it is the same for both the colleges. Actually both the colleges have almost same cutoff. Therefore whatever yiu get here you will get the same thing in NSIT.
I think you will get something like EE or ME in both the colleges.
