Hello, Hope you are doing well. It depends upon which branch you wish for. There are 100% chance if you wish to have EEE, Chemical like core branches. And fair chances to get into IITs, wait till last round of counselling.

Most universities these days accept soft copies, especially those that are abroad. The official website of the university will have these details available on it.

It is difficult but not impossible. Read the full answer it is detailed but getting admission during counseling rounds also depends on your caste and rank. See the last year cutoffs for various branches at NSIT. See can your rank get admission according to cutoff of last year. If you don't get NSIT

Would I be able to get admission in DTU, NSIT or IIITD? I got 109 marks in JEE 2018 and CRL rank 46418 and OBC rank 12055.

To do a PhD, you need to apply for a seat first in a university after having completed your masters.
