If your CRL rank lies under 1.5 lacs, then there are chances to get in DTE.

Admission to NSIT or DU is done on JEE Mains ranking. Do we need to fill any application prior or directly after declaration of JEE result?

For DU, there is a separate form as JEE Mains counselling is for B.Tech courses and DU is for B.Sc. For NSIT, there is a separate form that you need to fill.

DTU along with NIST falls under JAC and NIT falls under JoSAA. Therefore, both have separate counselling mechanism.

It depends on the college, if you want a private collection then you can get admission by getting 60 marks in JEE Mains but if you want NITs you need to get 250+ marks.
