Any programming language, whether it is C, C+, Java, Core Java, SQL, Python, etc. And so on. They will teach you only the basics of languages. You need to learn advance things to take your course at advanced level. Do sharp your skills, studying through online or offline.

You have bright chances to get DTU/NSIT if you are a Delhi resident.
9757 OBC rank is enough to get you DTU/NSIT. But, I can't predict what kind of course will be offered to you in counselling round. So, wait for the JAC counselling.
