Hi,
Please visit shiksha.com's college predictor
https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor.
Ranks keeps on changing every year and differs from one branch to another and one college to another. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria of the specific institute you may complete further admission formalities. For now, I would suggest you to first contact the institute officials of the shortlisted universities directly for specific eligibility criteria details.
All the best.

Hello Aditya Singh,
A person with disability definitely needs to be given an advantage over others, while considering admissions. The issue that confronts doctors is how much percentage of disability actually hinders a person from performing normally. In Indian context this issue has been answered and 40% disability is considered adequate for inclusion of a person in PWD category. I am afraid with only 10%, you will not be eligible to claim benefits under this category.

I'll prefer you to opt for the IIT, Hyderabad or DTU as these are the best college from all the colleges that you have mentioned above in terms of placements, infra and faculty. You should opt for the CSE in whichever college you are getting that.

For getting admission in DTU or NSIT via JEE or HSC score for CS, you have to score a minimum of 270+ marks in JEE Mains or a rank under 5,000 only then you can be able to get CS in these colleges.

Hello Rohit Kumar,
Frankly speaking, nobody other than NTA can tell you about your rank based on your percentile. Just take the case of January cycle. There were more than 100 students with 100 percentile. How do you guess their rank? There is of course an indirect method. If you have exact 90 percentile and if you know that exactly 10 L students appeared for exam then it follows that (100-90)% of 10 L students are ahead of you. Find this figure add 1 to it and it would be your rank.
