The applicants must have 5 years of work experience for MBA in New Zealand. If you don't have work experience, you should be looking for PG Diploma programs in business management. I am not sure about your acceptance as your grades are way too low. There might be colleges offering you an admission, but visa chances won't be high either. So, overall the chances are low.

Can you specify your education details and gap period clearly for proper guidance? You must be well aware of the fact that you can apply for a student visa only after you have received the admission offer from a university.

IELTS score is good, but I am not sure about your grades. If you are able to fulfill the requirements, then there is no problem. You will get admission.
