None of the country offer guaranteed job unless you do it from a well-ranked institute each country is good in its own term.

Hi Viraj, Canada is known as the land of opportunities and for business management its a better place and the profession is in demand. In terms of academics again I would recommend Canada, not that NZ is not good but you will have more college options in Canada compared to NZ. Also SPP colleges are quite reputed. Getting a job in any country is difficult without adequate skills and academic knowledge. Even a PR can be obtained after you get a job. So right now focus on getting into a good college and work hard on your academics, network well and develop your skills.

Colleges offering MBA programme in New Zealand don't admit freshers. You need to pursue PGDM or gain five years of work experience before applying. You can check the websites for requirements.

You have only mentioned your PTE scores, what about your Bachelor degree marks? Universities will fist check your education details and then PTE scores.
