National Institute of Design, Madhya Pradesh accepts NID DAT entrance exam scores for admission to the B.Des course. NID Bhopal cutoff 2023 has been concluded. As per the NID Bhopal cutoff 2023, the last round cutoff percentile was 61.3 for the B.Des course. In 2021, the cutoff percentile for the B.Des course was 89.8 for the General All India category students. Comparing the NID Bhopal cutoff 2023 with 2021, NID Madhya Pradesh witnessed a decling trend for B.Des as the cutoff percentile decreased from 89.8 in 2021 to 61.3 in 2023 for the General All India category students.

NID Ahmedabad cutoff to BDes and MDes courses is based on NID DAT followed by counselling. The Open rank for BDes for NID Ahmedabad cutoff 2024 offered through NID DAT is estimated to be around 47, with a cutoff score of 65.8. For MDes, candidates must have around 80 - 95.4 score in NID DAT for NID Ahmedabad admission.
The aforementioned score and cutoff are anticipated on the basis of previous year trends for Open category students for a total seat of 144.

In case of M.Des courses, there is no requirement for the candidate to select campus preferences. Note that in case of the B.Des program, shortlisted candidates are required to submit campus preferences as part of the counseling process.
The seat allotment for M.Des candidates will be strictly based on the merit rank of the candidate in the NID DAT 2025 exam.
The 1st round of seat allotment for the M.Des programme will be announced around the last week of April 2025.

Yes, all B.Des candidates who were shortlisted for NID DAT 2026 counselling had to submit their campus preferences within the allotted time. The preferences have to be entered in the order of priority.
The allotment of seats to the B.Des programme will be based on the campus option selected and merit rank of the candidate in NID DAT 2026 So, one must bear caution when entering their preferences.

The provisional offer letters for the NID DAT 2026 counseling will be issued separately for the B.Des and M.Des courses.
The offer letters for the 1st round of counseling for B.Des will be released around the 2nd week of June 2026.
To download the offer letter, follow these steps:
Go to the NID admission portal
Click on the Provisional Offer Letter link
A log-in window will open
Enter your log-in credentials
On successful log-in, you can download the Offer Letter.
The candidate need to produce the offer letter at the time of admission.

The National Institute of Design (NID) will release the provisional offer letter for the M.Des program in May 2025. The allotment letter will be issued to all candidates who have been allotted seats, paid the seat-acceptance fee, and uploaded their documents.
The offer letter has to be download online from the NID admission portal - admissions.nid.edu. The candidate has to produce the letter when reporting for admission.
The issue of offer letter for any subsequent rounds of seat allotment will be notified later.
