Yes, you can apply as its diploma course and you have to tell the college authorities about your class 12 so that you can make them assurance that you will clear or else they will put you as a lateral entry.

You can apply for a graduation or UG Diploma course only after you have successfully completed class 12th. It does not matter, if you have completed it from NIOS or CBSE, but you should have the certificates, as a proof of HSC completion.

Yes, you certainly can apply to private universities and colleges for admissions. NIOS certificate is a legitimate certificate and is accepted by all institutions.

Amity perhaps accepts students with ex academic record without any entrance exam. But unfortunately you will not fit in to that bracket. But if you are interested in Amity only, then may be you can take break of one year, study for entrance exam, score well and get admission next year.

Yes, you can get admission. Candidate must have passed 10+2 in commerce from a recognized board. Interested candidates can apply online with the required information. Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2.
