NIT Kurukshetra - National Institute of Technology

EWS quota is introduced recently, so no past record is available. But on the basis of your JEE Main percentile your chances are moderate.

Lots of comparison are there:
NIT is brand UIET is just formality in NIT from this year for first year students there will be a subject called Machine Learning and in UIET there is Biotechnology which is no useful in field of Computer science.
There will be extra clubs for training in coding and to build some extra skills but in UIET, you were taught by teacher only from syllabus and which is also not tsp good.
So, I prefer the studies of NIT, rather than UIET.

The chances of getting IT branch is high.

For admission in NIT Kurukshetra, you must score more than 90 percentile to stand 100% chances. However, for core branches, you have to score more than 96.

It is difficult to get top 7 NITs because of greater demand of seats you won't able to get seat in top 7 NITs. So, try for another NIT by considering last year cut-offs.
