Considering general category, it is very difficult for you to get into NIT KKR with this rank.
However, do check the past year’s cutoff to be certain.

If you are asking for CSE branch then it is very difficult with this rank.
However, if you have any category like home state or other then it is very likely that you land on to ECE type branch.
