Candidates need to fill out the CLAT application form for Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law BA LLB (Hons) and LLM courses. The registration for CLAT opens in July and go on till November. Besides, the university opens application for PhD from February. Candidates have to apply on the university website for admission. The application form for PG Diploma course is available from April.

RGNLU offers admission to five years BA LLB and one year LLM programme, based on CLAT score of candidates. The number of seats for both the courses is limited. Below is the intake for BA LLB, LLM and other courses of RGNUL:

Candidates seeking admission to RGNUL have to apply through CLAT counseling process. For admission to one-year LLM or five-year LLB at RGNLU Patiala, the CLAT test will be conducted on Dec 3, 2023. Aspirants of RGNLU Patiala are required to appear for the exam in offline pen-paper mode at the allotted test centres. Candidates can complete the CLAT registration 2024 until Nov 3, 2023 in online mode. The exam will take place in more than 125 cities listed as CLAT 2024 test centres in 22 states and UTs. The detailed schedule of CLAT 2024 will be declared soon along with the CLAT Exam Centers 2024.

For admission to RGNLU Patiala for the LLB or LLM course, the result of CLAT 2024 can be expected by the last week of December 2023 After the release of result, the exam takers will be able to download their CLAT scorecards from the official website using their login credentials for RGNLU Patiala admission via CLAT counselling and seat allotment.
