FFE Scholarship of RGNUL rewards academically bright but economically-weak students. The scholarship is open to students fulfiling the below criteria:
- The combined family income of the students should be INR 3 Lacs or less per annum
- Aspirants must pass HSc/ intermediate/ CBSE/ ISC or equivalent not earlier than 2022, 2023 or 2024
- Students currently in the first year of BE/ BTech/ Integrated 5-year Dual degree MTech/ MBBS/ 5-year Integrated Law can avail the scholarship

RGNUL provides scholarships to meritorious or financially-weak students. The university offers Foundation for Excellence Scholarship. The Punjab State Legislature founded the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL) in 2006. In addition to offering a PhD in a number of specializations, the university also provides an integrated B.A.-L.L.B. Hons. (Bachelor of Arts-Bachelor of Legislative Law) programme.
