Northeastern University will accept official English test score results from one of the valid language tests that have been approved. The university does not have any minimum score requirements and students are to submit their final results to be accepted. The English Language requirements for international students at Northeastern are given below:

Northeastern University is known to have one of the largest student communities in USA and has offered resources, support and guidance to receive in their academic journey. It might not offer any scholarships to US citizens but they offer merit based scholarships to indian students based on their application and academic record.

Northeastern University offers residential dining facilities for students on campus and the main Boston campus accepts Meal plans, Guest Meals, Dining Dollars, Husky Dollars, and Bonus Bucks. The university is known to offer several meal plans for students where they are required to be enrolled in a traditional meal plan as well as for continuing students. All full-time students at the university can avail the option of Traditional Meal Plans or Community Meal Plans.

Northeastern University was founded in 1898 first under Evening Institute for Younger Men. The university has also gone through many changes in the past with it named as Northeastern College in 1916 and finally named as Northeastern University in 1922.

The Oakland campus of Northeastern University has the same acceptance rate as the main campus as a part of the Northeastern University system. The campus has received an overall acceptance rate of around 5.2% which makes it extremely selective for international student admissions.  

The students who have received admission to the Northeastern Oakland campus can change to Northeastern main Boston campus after their first year or they can choose to continue to study at the Oakland campus.

Northeastern has 13 campuses and one of them is located in London that offers a range of opportunities by expanding the classroom for growth and discovery. The campus has 2,281 students and 89 nationalities have been represented in the community from around the world. Northeastern London is located at St Katherine Docks which is close to historic tower of London and Tower Bridge.
