OJEE Counselling

The first round of OJEE 2023 seat allocation will soon be announced on the official website by OJEEC. Candidates can visit ojee.nic.in to view their OJEE 2023 seat assignment. State of Odisha The dates of JEE registration and choice filling were July 6–22. Online registration and choice filling for OJEE counseling were accessible through the provided link. Before the deadline, registered candidates had to finish the OJEE Choice Filling procedure. Registration, choice filling and locking, seat assignment, and reporting to the nodal center are the steps in the OJEE counseling registration process. On July 12, the OJEE mock seat allotment 2023 was announced by the authority. The seat allocation outcome will be available for candidates to view online. In addition, OJEE counseling will take place after Special OJEE in three rounds.

The OJEE exam is conducted by OJEE Cell for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as MBA, MCA, M.Tech, B.Tech, etc. OJEE scores are accepted by over 40 top B-schools in Odisha. Few of these colleges are

Candidates should report the counselling centre with original as well as copies of the following documents:

1. OJEE Seat Allotment Letter
2. Acknowledgement slip of admission fee
3. Counselling registration slip
4. OJEE rank card and result copy
5. OJEE admit card
6. OJEE application form
7. Class 10, Class 12 or equivalent mark sheets
8. Graduation degree mark sheet, provisional letter and character certificate
9. Transfer Certificate
10. Residence Certificate of Odisha (mandatory) from the concerned Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar
11. SC/ST Certificate by birth issued by the government of Odisha
12. Income Certificate for TFW candidates for the financial year 2023-2024
13. Green card issued by the Family Welfare Department, government. Of Odisha 
14. Certificates/Documents in support of NRI
15. Candidates under the EWS category have to produce an EWS Certificate from Tahsildar/ Additional Tahsildar
16. All women candidates have to submit a Resident/Nativity Certificate from the concerned Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar in order to claim the women quota The document verification for the allotted candidates will happen at the Nodal Centre, OJEE Cell at Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar only.
