Oshawa has one campus of UOIT that offers MBA. UOIT is one of the first universities in Canada to offer this as a concentration at the MBA level. For students with at least two years of relevant work experience, the MBA at UOIT builds on their employment experiences and can be completed in 16 months of full-time study. For students with less than two years of relevant work experience, there is an opportunity to integrate MBA studies with work placements in a 24-month schedule of full-time study that includes work components. Seneca is a college under SPP. A popular college for international students. You have to check their website for other information or be more specific with your requirement.

You would require extensive work experience prior an MBA program. Some universities offer double degree in MBA and Health sciences rather than an MBA in health sciences. Check Queen's University MBA + M.Sc Health Sciences, McGill University - Joint Program in Medicine & Management (MD/MBA) and University of Calgary - (Social Work) MSW/MBA Combined Degree Program. Advice you not to keep options limited only to Toronto.

There are 2 sub categories in Mechanical engineering- automotive and automobile engineering. When it comes to Canada job market, Armoire is not an industry wherein there's a lot of scope for automotive engineering. Also, industrial design have a lot of scope. If you wish to pursue industrial design, please let me know. I'll shortlist a few options for you.

In Ontario, future prospects is good for computer programmers but not that high. But still, as per market reports of the Canadian immigration website, there will be growth. Computer programmers with experience and up-to-date skills particularly in programming languages such as C+, Unix, SQL, Java and Visual Basic will supposedly have the best employment and career prospects.

Algonquin College
I am not sure if Algonquin college has computer engineering but check the university. University of Ottawa and Carleton are quite reputed. Please visit the websites, check the admission requirements and if eligible apply. You must also take your IELTS and recommend you to take the SAT as well.
