For students with at least two years of relevant work experience, the MBA at UOIT builds on their employment experiences and can be completed in 16 months of full-time study. In Ontario, future prospects is good for computer programmers but not that high. But still, as per market reports of the Canadian immigration website, there will be growth. Computer programmers with experience and up-to-date skills particularly in programming languages such as C+, Unix, SQL, Java and Visual Basic will supposedly have the best employment and career prospects.

Here are some of the best known universities in Canada in the Ottawa province:
University of Ottawa
Carleton University
Algonquin College
I am not sure if Algonquin college has computer engineering but check the university. University of Ottawa and Carleton are quite reputed. Please visit the websites, check the admission requirements and if eligible apply. You must also take your IELTS and recommend you to take the SAT as well.
