Tour operations are putting together travel plans for individuals or groups, including transportation, lodging, activities, and other services. Tour Operators usually create packages, manage customer budgets, and keep up with market trends.
Meanwhile, Tour management is planning and coordinating travel-related activities, such as choosing destinations, booking tours, and arranging accommodations. Tour managers generally plan itineraries, book transportation and accommodations, and direct visa applications.

The salary package most of the times depends on the company you're working for, your skills, experience, geographical location, etc. Though there are many great employment options after an MBA in Operations Management, the average salary of a Supply Chain Manager in India is INR 14.4 LPA. However, salary packages get increased with work experience.

Hope this helps!!!
