Hi.The admission to the students in BSc Optometry course is granted based on the candidates’ performance in the entrance exam and according to the marks obtained in 10+2 level. Some of the universities also grant admission based on merit.

The top well-known university, state and national level BSc Optometry entrance exam are AIIMS  Entrance exam, CMC Entrance exam and NEET.

Admission to BOPTM is interview-based. Candidates seeking admission to UG degree in Optometry must appear for the entrance exam along with a personal interview round. To be eligible for admission, applicants must pass a Class 12 from a recognised university with a 50% aggregate score with PCM/PCB stream.  Additionally, applicants must have to fill out the application form online and offline to be eligible for admission.
