Am I eligible for final year admission to any other university? I did my 1st and 2nd year from PU, Chandigarh but failed in final year.

You can do extra Diploma or other course but can't change your university as you need migration for that and PU will not give provide the same as you did not clear the exam.

Yes you can get admission in UIAMS which is not a good department as UBS. But yes for that you also have to give their own exam.

PU fee is raised upto 10% recently. So please go through the official website http://puchd.ac.in/.

Apply for various government jobs, apply in teaching lines or you can go for higher studies in research field.
