Try UIAMS department. This department itself conducts an entrance test. Check, puchd.ac.in.

Conditions are same but you have to submitted an affidavit with proper reason during your counselling.

It is through rank. Your rank should range in between 30k-40K and you can the cut-offs on JAC CHD 2017 site.
