Yes, PU is good option for chemical engineering. 70 students out of 90 got good placements last year. UICET department is the second best department after ICT Mumbai in chemical engineering.

Also, ranked 4th in private universities of biotech in India. But the scope of growth will be limited from this college and if you are getting an opportunity to pursue Diploma from Canada from a highly ranked university do go for that. It will be a onetime investment and lifelong benefit. More so, it will open greater opportunities for you there.
