Hi Vishal,
Yes, you can but options will be less and chances are that you won't get a good university. If you don't study from a well-known college abroad it's not worth it and better you study from India. Firstly you check college websites for admission requirements. If your overall profile other than your academics is good you may have a chance. Check universities in Poland, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Belgium, Portugal, etc. Check this link

Eligibility
Qualification:
Minimum eligibility to apply: graduation 50% and CAT score
Other eligibility criteria:
Candidates must have completed graduation from a recognised university.
