For admission to the three-year LLB programme offered by Panjab University, candidates must appear for PU LLB Entrance Test and score well. Shortlisted students will have their names appear in the merit lists. Those with their names can pay the admission fee and confirm their seat in the university. Before entrance, candidates are required to meet the minimum eligibility criteria set by the university which is a pass in any bachelor’s/ master’s degree in stream with at least 45% aggregate from Panjab University or any other University recognised by the Bar Council of India and Panjab University. The applications are available online on the official website. The application fee for General category candidates is INR 2,395 and for SC, ST and PwD category students, it is INR 1,198.

Panjab University has a multi-step admission process which students need to follow to get into the university. Starting with the application, students are required to go through the course-specific entrance exam followed by other selection rounds (if applicable). PU admission process is currently open for distance learning MBA courses. However, the same stands closed for most of the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. All the important timelines regarding the course admissions are as follows:

• MBA USOL applications 2023 are open and the last date for the same was Jul 2. Further, the last date for submission of the fee and completion of the form was Jul 5 and Jul 7, respectively.
• The last date to submit the online admission forms for all UG/Certificate and PG Diploma/Diploma/PG courses 2023 was Jun 26 and Jul 10, respectively. Further, the last date to apply for LLB admission 2023 was Jul 10.
• PU B.Ed entrance test is rescheduled was held on Jul 23.
• The last date to submit the fee for PUTHAT 2023 (for BTTM and BHMCT admission) was May 24 and the admit card for the same was made available from May 30.
• PU-LLB 2023 last date for submission of the fee was May 24 and the admit card was available from May 31. 
• MBA applications were open and the last date to submit the registration form along with document submission was Jun 12.

Candidates must have qualified to enroll in PG degree programs offered by CUP that need completion of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized central or state university with a minimum mark of 45-50%. The university takes admission on the basis of CUET scores.

In order to get admission for MSc courses students have to appear for the CUET entrance exam for admission 2023 session. Interested candidates must complete a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least of 50 percent marks. 

Candidates must complete their graduation with a minimum of 50% marks in relevant fields to enroll in the MA program. 

The eligibility criteria for Mpharm is a Bachelor of Pharmacy or BPharmacy from a recognized university. 

To pursue a Ph.D. course student must obtain a master’s degree with at least 50 percent marks from any discipline university.

Central University of Punjab Placement 2023 report is yet to be released.
