At Baidyanath Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Science, General Nursing and Midwifery or GNM course is offered for a duration of three years. Both are equally good and have decent career scope.It depends a lot on your interest. You can also do demand analysis of both the sector. In my opinion, paramedics field has more job demand and it also involves things like social work but it depends more on your interest.
