The placements this year crossed the previous benchmark and witnessed increase in the highest package and no of companies. Within 4 years, they have got excellent placements while other such new b-schools are struggling hard for it.

Hey Tharun,
IIM Ahmedabad has released the Audited Placement 2018 Report. The PGP 2016-18 students have grabbed a highest domestic salary of Rs. 72 lakhs in Placement 2018 as against Rs. 53 lakhs last year, reflecting a hike of Rs.19 lakhs. However, the highest international offer has gone down to Rs. 66 Lakhs in Placement 2018 as against Rs.82 Lakhs last year.

Hello, IBS HYDERABAD is the flagship Institute of the ICFAI group. IBS Mumbai is the second best campus. Bangalore however is not that good. PGPM in Mumbai campus is good. The curriculum is based on case studies.

Simply put, Masters in Business Administration or MBA is a degree course offered by the Universities (both Government and Private) and Colleges affiliated to these Universities. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a Diploma programme offered by B-schools/Colleges that are recognised by Government of India's nodal body for technical education - All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Now one must understand that there are Business Schools which are good for MBA and there are Business Schools which are good for PGDM also. Its not appropriate to decide which course is better. IBS placement average package is 6.5 lakh.
Highest package was of Citicorp bank which was 10.5 lakh.
Large number of companies come from marketing stream.
